      Heather is a freelance producer & stylist for agencies, production companies, photographers, hotels, restaurants & food brands.

      This involves wearing many hats, including:

          -  Art direction of food/drink vingettes, hotel/restaurant interiors, light wardrobe & soft goods 

          -  Ideation and management of photo and video shoots 

          -  Video short production including brainstorming, script writing, on-set directing and post produciton (Final Cut Pro)

          -  Design and styling for exhibits & trade show displays

          -  Copywriting and editing for recipes & social posts

          -  Team wrangling (photographers, assistants, recipe developers, food stylists, & videographers)

           -  Recipe testing & copyediting
